1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, browsing and using this website or purchasing from BooBoo Plush, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BooBoo Plush reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. 2. Product Availability & Artwork All bags and items displayed are subject to availability. Each BooBoo Plush is ready stock, one-of-one limited edition piece individually handmade and uniquely designed by our designers. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor differences or small imperfections are normal and these are part of the uniqueness of each handmade piece. Each design is limited to one unique piece only. Once sold, the exact design will not be restocked. Our designers may also make minor creative adjustments or add finishing details where necessary to ensure the overall appearance of the piece is beautifully completed. 3. Product Details Product measurements are taken manually and may vary slightly by approximately ±1–3cm. Colours shown on the website may appear slightly different from the actual product due to photography lighting, screen settings and device displays. All Pop Mart plush included with our products are all 100% authentic and come with their respective plush cards, except for hanging card plush. All plush are detachable and secured using cable ties. Customers may remove and replace the plush with their own plush if desired. Extra cable ties are available upon request. Customers who already have their own plush may also purchase our Custom Base Series, which includes the bag with designed, without plush. 4. Orders & Payment Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. All products are sold on a first come, first served basis. We do not offer reservations or holds and the item will be secured for the customer whose payment is successfully received first. Due to the one-of-one nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once confirmed. BooBoo Plush reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 5. Shipping & Delivery Each plush bag is securely packed in an individual box with protective bubble wrap before shipment. Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours, excluding public holidays. Free shipping is available for West Malaysia only, subject to the applicable shipping terms or promotional conditions. Delivery times are determined by the appointed courier and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak periods or other unforeseen events. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, BooBoo Plush shall not be responsible for delays caused by the courier. 6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages As our products are handmade, one-of-one pieces, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed. Accessories or decorative elements that may become loose or detached during shipping do not covered for return or exchange. For parcels that appear damaged upon delivery, customers are required to record a continuous, full unboxing video from the sealed parcel until the contents have been fully revealed for verification purposes. Any issue relating to an incorrect, missing or damaged item must be reported to BooBoo Plush within 7 days of delivery, together with the relevant unboxing video and supporting details for our review. 7. After Sales Care & Warranty BooBoo Plush provides a 30 day after sales support period from the date of delivery for manufacturing-related issues. Where applicable, our team will assess the issue and may provide a suitable repair or solution at our discretion. However, damage caused by prolonged exposure to excessive heat or improper storage conditions may not be covered. Bag care To maintain the condition of your bag, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry and well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Please avoid storing the bag in its box for prolonged periods, especially in hot or humid conditions. Allow the bag to breathe and keep it away from direct water and moisture. Prolonged exposure to heat and humidity may affect the bag over time. When not in use, the bag may be kept in the provided dust bag for protection from dust. Ensure the bag is completely dry before storing. 8. Intellectual Property BooBoo Plush’s original bag designs, artwork, product concepts, photographs, logos, branding, website content and other original materials created by BooBoo Plush are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written permission. Pop Mart plush and other third-party characters or products featured in our creations remain the property of their respective owners. BooBoo Plush does not claim ownership of such third-party intellectual property. 9. Limitation of Liability BooBoo Plush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the purchase, use or inability to use our products. 10. Website Information While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate and up to date, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. BooBoo Plush reserves the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice. 11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
