How do I take care of my bag?+
Keep your bag in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat, water and moisture.
Avoid keeping it inside the box for long periods, especially in hot or humid conditions. When not in use, store it in the provided dust bag and make sure the bag is completely dry before storing.
For dirt, use a wet tissue spray a high-alcohol-content sanitizer onto the wet tissue & wipe it. Do not spray sanitizer directly onto the bag.
Can I remove the plush from the bag?+
Yes! All our plushies are detachable. We use cable ties to secure them. You can locate the cable tie around the plush’s neck and carefully cut it off with scissors. Once removed, you can easily switch it out and style your bag with your own plush too.
Need extra cable ties? Just leave a remark during checkout or WhatsApp us.
I have my own plush, can I buy the bag without the plush?+
Absolutely! That’s what our Custom Base Series is for.
You can choose any Signature or Premium Leather design without the plush and we’ll guide you on how to attach your own plush.
To find it, add any Signature or Premium Leather Series bag to your cart, then go to your cart and tick the Custom Base Series option before checkout.
Do you ship outside Malaysia?+
Not at the moment. You may use a trusted third-party forwarding service in Malaysia to ship your parcel to your country.
For our Singapore customers, you may also arrange for a family member or friend in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, or anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia to receive your parcel for you.

Is the engraving service free?+
Yes! Engraving is complimentary for now, until further notice.
We’ll engrave your chosen name or wording onto a stainless-steel round tag, with a maximum of 15 characters. No icons or Chinese characters are available.
After completing your purchase, you can submit your engraving details.

Can I cancel, return or refund my order?+
As every BooBoo Plush bag is a handmade, one-of-one piece, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted once your order has been confirmed.
Will you restock the same design?+
Never. One design. One piece. One owner.
Every BooBoo Plush design is created as a one-of-one limited edition. Once it finds its owner, that exact design will never be made again.
We want every owner to have something truly rare, just like you — unique, irreplaceable, and impossible to recreate.
If the one you love is still available, take it home. Because once someone else owns it, regret won’t bring it back.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?+
Please record a continuous, full unboxing video from the moment the parcel is still sealed until the contents are completely revealed.
For any incorrect, missing or damaged item, please contact BooBoo Plush within 7 days of delivery with relevant details so our team can review it.
Urgently need your bag? Can I arrange Lalamove?+
Yes! If you’re located in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor, you’re welcome to arrange your own Lalamove delivery. The delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
What if an accessory comes off?+
Don’t worry! All BooBoo Plush bags come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.
We’ll help fix it for you or if you’re far away, we’ll guide you on how to put it back.
